Reveal account deletion

You can request deletion of your account and its associated data from this page, without reinstalling the Reveal app.

Send your request

  1. Send the request from the email address associated with your Google or Apple account.
  2. Complete the prefilled message. If you used Apple’s Hide My Email, include the relay address linked to Reveal.
  3. We’ll reply to the address associated with your account to verify your identity before deleting anything.

Request deletion by email

Your request is only received once you actually send the email. We’ll never ask for your password or a sign-in code.

If you only used Reveal as a guest without a Google or Apple account, mention this in your message and include the name you used and the relevant album code. We’ll let you know what we need to identify your data.

Data deleted

Deleting your account includes:

  • your Reveal account and profile;
  • the albums you created and their settings;
  • the photos in your albums and those you added to other albums.

Deletion timeframe

Once your identity has been verified, your account and the relevant data are deleted. Only technical backup copies may remain for up to 30 days before being permanently erased.

Confirmation

We acknowledge your request by email, then send you a confirmation when deletion is complete.

To learn more about how your data is processed, see our privacy policy.
